This is the River Rose Cottage which we own on Laurel Ave.  We use it for vacation rentals. It is across the street from the Montgomery Homestead Inn. It can sleep 8 people and is available for week long rental, week-end rental or can be rented for longer periods.(Same policy of no smoking, no alcohol and no pets.)
